+将Nuclei RISC-V GCC Toolchain和OpenOCD的环境变量进行设置。

+假设工具安装在 **D:\Software\Nuclei**目录下, 则可以修改系统环境变量**PATH**,
+将**D:\Software\Nuclei\gcc\bin;D:\Software\Nuclei\openocd\bin;**增加到**PATH**中。
